Mr.HienDD's half-done solution for importing data.

I heard about the solution for importing data of Mr.HienDD. Mr.HienDD showed me how to do this solution, but it needs to study.
The main idea of this solution is Building a tool called FileToCI that deals with most of these limitations:

* Lets you choose in which order you want fields to be loaded.
* Loads from CSV files or database tables, which are much easier to handle than Excel files.
* Lets you load different files in parallel. Processing is done at the server level, without capturing your local resources.
* Includes a Hybrid load option, which only adds the rows that were not present before the load and updates the remaining ones.

But it also has some limitations:
* User must save into CSV file, this is a text-based file, so it's easy to have error.
* All process is done at the server, it caused server's performace.
* It's difficult for users with little or no technical knowledge to use.

I think this is a good solution and the ExcelToCI-Based solution is good. The issue depends on when we use and how we use. Circumstances forced us to choose a solution.
